Pop up slider card

Hi Friends..

Inspired by Pooja’s card I made a card combining some challenges…Thank you Pooja for inspiring…Ok Let me show my pop up slider card...



In Mumbai for last few days no rain and it is warm…but this week end it rained..So shown both...

Made 3D Umbrella .Used toothpick as the handle for Umbrella. Acetate sheet is used to show the rain and a strip of it is used for hold the clouds....safety pin is used under the cloud to hold the acetate sheet with the rain drops (Hope it is seen in the photo..)...The bottle cap is used as sun..

This is when the slider is pulled... 


Used an old invitation for drawing the birds, Rainbow, Clouds and Sun and colored using water color pencils..

Catchy challenges - Bingo ( Used safety pin,acetate and Natural twine)
LESSology - Open the bottle 
Crafters corner - Anything goes
Lulupu - Weather or not

    This is very cute card Sindhu !Loved the way you have created raindrops ,the 3D umbrella and the cute scene which comes up after the slider is pulled ! Nice idea to use bottle cap for sun.I am glad that I could inspire !

    Woooow sindu..... Wat a card, loved it to bits..... The birdies are soo cute n I love the pop up cloud ther with the acetate, wat a creativity going on ther.... Gonna try a pop up slider card soon.. Best wishes for the challenges
