Play Mat

Hi Friends..

I stitched this play mat for my son who loves car…I have used black velvet  cloth for roads and felt cloth for the buildings. 

 I tried to bring all details wanted by my son like school, zoo, police station, swimming pool, railway station and more important one is speed breaker. For that I made a pocket in the road and inserted a small plastic tube to give some dimension and stitched it.

Crochet Tic - Tac Board

Hi Friends..

 This time I am here with a crochet project.. Tic- tac board. This is for my son. During vacation I taught this game to him. He enjoyed it. So I made this for him. Linking this to Itsybitsy  kids craft challenge.

Pop up slider card

Hi Friends..

Inspired by Pooja’s card I made a card combining some challenges…Thank you Pooja for inspiring…Ok Let me show my pop up slider card...

In Mumbai for last few days no rain and it is warm…but this week end it rained..So shown both...

Made 3D Umbrella .Used toothpick as the handle for Umbrella. Acetate sheet is used to show the rain and a strip of it is used for hold the clouds....safety pin is used under the cloud to hold the acetate sheet with the rain drops (Hope it is seen in the photo..)...The bottle cap is used as sun..

This is when the slider is pulled... 

Used an old invitation for drawing the birds, Rainbow, Clouds and Sun and colored using water color pencils..
